I was half expecting something to be missing, since that seems to happen more often than it should with orders like this, but everything came correctly. No missing items and everything was as expected

The food got here quickly, which I appreciated, but it tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. It was kind of dry and just didn’t feel fresh. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about it, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

So... the app has been frustrating to use lately. Pages take forever to load, orders get stuck, and a couple times it crashed right when I was trying to pay. I had to restart it over and over, and it still didn’t work properly. It’s really annoying when you’re just trying to order food quickly. Please fix the basics before adding more new features...

It can be a bit high sometimes, sometimes more than I expected, but overall it’s still okay depending on what you’re getting.

My order wasn’t updating in the app, so I ended up messaging customer service because I wasn’t sure if I was missing something or if there was actually an issue. They got back to me quickly and explained what was going on, which helped. It did take a little longer than I expected to get fully sorted, but they kept replying and didn’t just leave me hanging. I keep seeing these promo codes and discount claims, but every time I get to checkout, the price changes or the code suddenly doesn’t work. Then support just gives some vague response like the promo isn’t valid, with no real explanation. It feels like they promise savings to get you interested, but when it’s time to pay, the deal disappears. it’s just a waste of time.

At first the prices seemed reasonable, but once all the fees were added and I saw how small the portions were, it just didn’t feel worth the money. The delivery was late too, so by the time the food got here it was already cold. I ended up paying more than I expected and still felt annoyed afterward. But a few times when I tried ordering from places my friends recommended, they weren’t supported yet. It’s not a huge issue, but I do hope they expand their coverage soon because I’d definitely use it more often

I just think the refund process could be a lot smoother, especially when customers are already dealing with an order problem

I don’t usually buy into all the shiny company claims about being “reliable” or “always available,” because half the time that just feels like marketing talk. But to be fair, every time I’ve checked, they’ve had what I needed in stock. No runaround, no weird excuses, just available when I needed it
